What experience do I need before joining a circle?

Our gatherings are open to everyone. Whether you’re brand new to herbalism or looking to deepen your skills, our herbal education covers plant identification, preparation, and safe, effective use so you can confidently work with medicinal plants in everyday life. We also blend in energetic herbalism to create a full spectrum of plant relationship.

Do you offer both in-person and online herbal gatherings?

Yes! We offer herbal classes in Clarksville, TN and the surrounding area, as well as online options so you can learn from anywhere.

How long are your classes and what’s the format?

Gathering lengths vary, but most are between 1–3 hours. We mix hands-on practice with discussion, demonstrations, and time for your questions.

Will I get printed materials or recipes to take home?


Yes, most gatherings include a follow up email with a recording of the class and supplementary information so you can keep learning and practicing at home.

How many people are typically in a circle gathering?

We keep in-person herbal class sizes small to allow for personalized attention. Most sessions have 3-10 participants.

Do you offer payment plans for longer programs?

Yes, for multi-session courses, programs, or mentorships, payment plans are available.

What happens if I miss a gathering? Can I reschedule or access a recording?


If you can’t attend, contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the class type, you may be able to reschedule or receive access to recorded material.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to provide refunds for books, digital products, classes, workshops, programs, or other purchases. Please review all details carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions before registering or placing an order.

We do not sell any herbal products; however, many classes come with a handcrafted herbal gift.

Do you provide certificates of completion for your classes?

Some of our longer herbal training programs offer a certification of completion that lists the education hours. Check the program listing for more information.

Can I book a one-on-one herbal consultation with you?


Yes, private herbal consultations are available for individuals seeking personalized plant-based guidance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases are nonrefundable.

If you need to reschedule your service, please contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. With sufficient notice, your payment can be applied to a rescheduled consultation, unless otherwise started on the listing.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. A new booking and payment will be required to schedule another appointment.

If I need to reschedule your appointment, I will contact you to arrange a new time.
