The Herbal Hearth Circle

A monthly herbal gathering rooted in seasonal rhythms, plant medicine, and embodied learning, offered in person, online, or by replay.

How The Herbal Hearth Circle Works

Close-up of two glass teapots with tea inside, one with loose tea leaves steeping and the other with mint leaves and ice, placed on a wooden tray.
  • The Herbal Hearth Circle is a monthly gathering designed to be steady, spacious, and easy to return to, without pressure, overwhelm, and with no prior knowledge required.

Each month, we explore a seasonal herbal theme, weaving together practical plant education, embodied learning, and time for reflection and questions. These gatherings are an invitation to slow down, deepen your relationship with the plants, and return to a rhythm of learning that feels supportive rather than demanding.

  • You’re welcome to join in the way that feels most supportive for you:

    • In person, when available

    • Live online, from wherever you are

    • Or by replay, so you can learn at your own pace

All participants receive access to the class recording and any supplementary materials.

    Slow, Accessible Learning

These gatherings are open to all levels, whether you’re just beginning your herbal journey or have been studying for years. There’s no rush, no expectation to “keep up,” and no prior knowledge required.

You’re invited to come once, or make the Herbal Hearth Circle part of your monthly rhythm.

  • Each gathering is designed to ignite your senses and curiosity. You’ll be invited to taste and smell the plants we’re working with, bringing herbal learning into the body, not just the mind.

Some gatherings include hands-on elements, while others focus on discussion, observation, and reflection. You’ll always leave with supplementary materials to continue your learning at home.

As you return month after month, you may find yourself meeting like-minded beings, forming relationships with new plant allies, and expanding your connection to the natural world, one gathering at a time.
